Refunds for technical access issues
A refund may be issued if a customer is unable to access or download the purchased files due to a verified technical problem on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after being notified.

Refunds for duplicate purchases
If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once in a single transaction or across multiple transactions, a refund may be issued for the duplicate order upon verification.

No refunds after full access and download
